How to hire temporary workers

When you contact us our manager will discuss your needs with you and establish:

What the work is
Where the work is sited
How many people you need to do the work
How long the work will take
If there is any need for protective clothing
What skills the workers need
If there are any other conditions that need to be taken into consideration.

We will then provide you with the necessary paperwork including the costs of the contract.

Worker management

The team of workers we provide you with will be managed by the crew manager who will be on site as a worker during the contract. The crew manager is responsible for timesheets, discipline and staff management. They are your immediate contact on site so any requests or feedback can be acted upon immediately.

The van Stomp Management Team will be in close contact with the crew manager and will be in regular contact with you to confirm that you are satisfied.
